Products are printed when you order them. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then delivery usually takes:

Shipping costs depend on where your order goes and are shown at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships, we email you the tracking details. Items from one order can be made in different places and arrive in separate parcels.
Prices include VAT for delivery within the EU. Orders to the United States are charged without EU VAT. If the destination country charges import duties or taxes, they are paid by the recipient.
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it again at your cost.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived well after the estimate, or arrives damaged, email us at [email protected] with your order number (and photos for damage) and we’ll sort it out. See also Returns & withdrawal.
