Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last one.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email or a letter sent by post) to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don’t have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except extra costs if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days have expired. Return address:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, worn or washed clothing).

How to return an item

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you are returning.
2. Pack the items and send them to the return address above. Keep your proof of postage.
3. We refund you as described above.

The return address only accepts parcels; please contact us by email.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or isn’t what you ordered, email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos, ideally within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you; usually you don’t need to send the item back. Your statutory rights under the legal guarantee are not affected.

Exchanges

We don’t do exchanges. For a different size or color, withdraw from your order as described above and place a new one.
